Seasons of Rent! Squigs Illustrates the Cast of the Off-Broadway Revival

Broadway.com's resident artist Justin "Squigs" Robertson ventured to New World Stages, where the cast of Rent is bringing the vibrant Alphabet City scene to life in the off-Broadway revival of the Tony-winning musical. Squigs had the pleasure of drawing Roger (Matt Shingledecker), Mimi (Arianda Fernandez), Mark (Adam Chanler-Berat), Angel (Michael Rodriguez), Tom Collins (Nicholas Christopher), Joanne (Corbin Reid), Maureen (Annaleigh Ashford) and Benny (Ephraim Sykes.) About the Artist: With a desire to celebrate the magic of live theater and those who create it, and with a deep reverence for such touchstones as the work of Al Hirschfeld and the wall at Sardi’s, Squigs is happy and grateful to be among those carrying on the traditions where theater and caricature meet.
