The Addams Family may have come to life at the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre, but Broadway.com's resident artist Justin "Squigs" Robertson is bringing the ghoulish gang back to their animated roots in his latest portrait, which pays tribute to the Broadway.com Audience Choice Award-winning musical. Featuring the show's newest tangoing twosome (hot mama Brooke Shields as Morticia and suave pops Roger Rees as Gomez), Squigs has delivered a delicious Family portrait. In addition to Shields and Rees, check out Brad Oscar as Uncle Fester, Heidi Blickenstaff as Alice Beineke, Adam Grupper as Mal Beineke, Jesse Swenson as Lucas Beineke and Rachel Potter as Wednesday as well as show veterans Zachary James as Lurch, Jackie Hoffman as Grandma and Adam Riegler as Pugsley. Take a look at the kooky clan and be sure to catch them in action before the show heads to its Broadway grave on December 31.
About the Artist: With a desire to celebrate the magic of live theater and those who create it, and with a deep reverence for such touchstones as the work of Al Hirschfeld and the wall at Sardi’s, Squigs is happy and grateful to be among those carrying on the traditions where theater and caricature meet. He was born and raised in Oregon, lived in Los Angeles for quite a long time and now calls New York City his home. Click to e-mail Squigs. Photo by Matthew Murphy
