The West End production of Chicago will transfer to the Garrick Theatre on November 11, according to U.K.'s The Stage. The musical played its final performance at the Cambridge Theatre on August 27. No casting has been announced for the next incarnation of the long-running revival, which recently featured American supermodel Christie Brinkley as Roxie Hart.
Chicago follows two jailed murderous women as they compete for the headlines in 1920s Chicago. Featuring music by John Kander and Fred Ebb and a book by Bob Fosse and Ebb, the Chicago revival originally opened in the West End in 1997. It took home the 1998 Olivier Award for Best Revival.
The production is moving theaters to make way for the previously announced stage adaptation of Roald Dahl's Matilda, which begins its run at the Cambridge Theatre on October 18.
