Neil Patrick Harris has had an ultra-eclectic career, from teen stardom in Doogie Howser, M.D. to Broadway star turns in Cabaret and Assassins and his current TV gig as bachelor Barney Stinson in How I Met Your Mother. Who better, then, to pen a “Hollywood Survival Guide” for Entertainment Weekly? The popular actor reflects on more than 20 years as a professional actor in the piece, opening up on the highs and lows of his career.
