Glee Fans Hope to See Wicked Veteran Kerry Ellis Fly Into McKinley High

With Idina Menzel returning to Glee, Broadway.com asked which other Wicked veteran should guest star on the Emmy-nominated series. The top three vote getters include two Elphabas and a Fiyero who went on to star in Catch Me If You Can.

1. Kerry Ellis - 26%
First place goes to a friend of Menzel's, British actress Kerry Ellis, who served as the Tony-winning star's standby when she opened the West End production of Wicked in 2006. Ellis later succeeded Menzel full time and ventured to Broadway in 2008, where she earned a Broadway.com Audience Choice Award for Favorite Replacement.

2. Aaron Tveit - 20%
Catch Me If You Can and Next to Normal star Aaron Tveit played Wicked's hunky prince Fiyero in 2008. A guest spot on Glee wouldn't be a stretch for this popular young star: He auditioned to play Finn in the show's pilot!

3. Teal Wicks - 14%
Teal Wicks recently finished her run as Elphaba and is in rehearsal for the new musical The Blue Flower at off-Broadway's Second Stage Theatre. Broadway.com recently nominated Wicks to go head to head with Glee star Lea Michele in a musical adaptation of Mean Girls!
