The new musical The Blue Flower, starring Broadway favorites Teal Wicks, Sebastian Arcelus and Marc Kudisch, begins previews on October 14 at Second Stage Theatre. The Jim and Ruth Bauer-created show, inspired by the Dada art movement of the early 20th century, will open on November 9, directed by Will Pomerantz.
Spanning two continents and half a century, The Blue Flower explores the romantic and tumultuous relationships between four young friends—three artists and a scientist—as they create a world of art, revolution, and passion amidst the turbulence and destruction of the World Wars.
Joining Wicks, Arcelus and Kudisch on stage will be Meghan McGeary, Joseph Medeiros, Julia Osborne, Graham Rowat and Aaron Serotsky. Head to Second Stage to see them spin their story of science and art.
