Other Desert Cities Set to Open on Broadway, Starring Rachel Griffiths and Stockard Channing

Get ready to celebrate the holidays in Palm Springs: Other Desert Cities opens on November 3 at the Booth Theatre. After an acclaimed off-Broadway run at Lincoln Center Theater, Jon Robin Baitz’s family drama is getting its Main Stem debut with the all-star cast of Stockard Channing, Rachel Griffiths, Stacy Keach, Judith Light and Thomas Sadoski.

Other Desert Cities centers on the Wyeth family, who have gathered for Christmas at the modernist Palm Springs home of the prominent parents (played by Channing and Keach). When troubled daughter Brooke (Griffiths) announces that she has written a tell-all memoir, past secrets and indiscretions may be revealed.
