The new musical The Blue Flower, starring Broadway favorites Teal Wicks, Sebastian Arcelus and Marc Kudisch, opens at off-Broadway’s Second Stage Theatre on November 9. Will Pomerantz directs the show, created by Jim and Ruth Bauer and inspired by the Dada art movement of the early 20th century.
Spanning two continents and half a century, The Blue Flower explores the romantic and tumultuous relationships between four young friends—three artists and a scientist—as they create a world of art, revolution, and passion amidst the turbulence and destruction of the World Wars.
In addition to Wicks, Arcelus and Kudisch, the cast of The Blue Flower features Meghan McGeary, Joseph Medeiros, Julia Osborne, Graham Rowat and Aaron Serotsky. See them spin their story at Second Stage Theatre.
