The classic Burton Lane and Alan Jay Lerner musical is receiving a modern twist thanks to Tony-winning director Michael Mayer. Connick stars as Dr. Mark Bruckner, a down-to-earth psychiatrist who finds himself suddenly swept off his feet by a beautiful woman (Broadway newcomer Jessie Mueller) and pulled into a world he never dreamed possible.
