Rosemary Harris, Jim Dale and Carla Gugino Prepare to Embark on The Road to Mecca

Tony Award-winning actors Rosemary Harris and Jim Dale and movie and TV favorite Carla Gugino are headed to Broadway in Roundabout Theater Company's revival of Athol Fugard's The Road to Mecca. The play (which was mounted off-Broadway in 1988 in a production starring the playwright) is based on the true story of Helen Elizabeth Martins (Harris), an eccentric woman who, after her husband's death, transforms her home into an awe-inspiring work of art. On December 7, the talented trio previewed this award-winning drama and posed for photos at the American Airlines Theatre, where The Road to Mecca will begin performances on December 16.
