The Book of Mormon’s Josh Gad Teaches Jon Stewart the History of Christmas on The Daily Show

The Book of Mormon star Josh Gad returned to his former stomping ground at The Daily Show with Jon Stewart on December 12 to appear in a hilarious seasonal sketch as founding father Benjamin Franklin. After learning The History Channel inaccurately reported a story about the history of Christmas, Stewart decided to travel back in time (via DeLorean, obviously!) to 1789 to discuss Franklin's (Gad) stance on celebrating the holiday.
