Highlight of 2011: "Opening and originating a starring role in Priscilla Queen of the Desert on Broadway, winning two [Broadway.com] Audience Choice Awards, being nominated for the Astaire Award, being honored with a fellowship by the American Theatre Hall of Fame, and making two of the best friends I've ever had along the way, Tony Sheldon and Will Swenson."
