America Ferrera Cheers Ugly Betty Co-Star Judith Light at Other Desert Cities

TV favorite America Ferrera is spreading her theatrical wings with a recent star turn as Roxie Hart in the London production of Chicago, as well as a rumored forthcoming Broadway debut in Beth Henley's The Miss Firecracker Contest. On January 13, Ferrera stepped out to see her former Ugly Betty co-star Judith Light play troublemaking sister Silda Grauman in the hit Broadway production of Jon Robin Baitz's Other Desert Cities. Light, who received an Emmy nomination as MODE magazine owner Claire Meade opposite Ferrera, was delighted to welcome the young actress to the Booth Theatre.
