Merrily Rolls Into City Center

The Encores! production of Stephen Sondheim and George Furth's Merrily We Roll Along begins performances at New York City Center.

Moving backwards in time from 1980 to 1955, Merrily We Roll Along examines the lives of three people whose friendship is tested by time, events, ambition and fate. The Encores! production stars Lin-Manuel Miranda as Charley, Colin Donnell as Franklin Shepard and Celia Keenan-Bolger as Mary Flynn.
