Tickets are now on sale for the Broadway transfer of Peter and the Starcatcher. Co-directed by Roger Rees and Alex Timbers, the production stars Christian Borle, Adam Chanler-Berat and Celia Keenan-Bolger. The Broadway mounting begins performances on March 28 at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre, with opening night set for April 15.
Adapted by Rick Elice from the novel by Dave Barry and Ridley Pearson, Peter and the Starcatcher features a company of 12 actors portraying some 50 characters, all on a journey to answer the question: How did Peter Pan become The Boy Who Refused To Grow Up? The show played a sold-out run at off-Broadway's New York Theater Workshop during the spring of 2011. The cast also features Teddy Bergman, Arnie Burton, Matt D’Amico, Kevin Del Aguila, Carson Elrod, Greg Hildreth and David Rossmer.
The entire creative team will reunite for the Broadway production, including Wayne Barker (music), Steven Hoggett (movement), Marco Paguia (music direction), Donyale Werle (scenic design), Paloma Young (costume design), Jeff Croiter (lighting design) and Darron L. West (sound design).
