Zoe Lister-Jones will join previously announced stars Jeff Goldblum and Justin Long as part of the new cast of Broadway’s Seminar. Current stars Jerry O’Connell and Hettienne Park are set to continue with the production for an additional eight weeks. Lister-Jones will assume the role of Kate from Lily Rabe, who is leaving to star in Shakespeare in the Park’s production of As You Like It. Current stars Alan Rickman, Hamish Linklater and Rabe end their run April 1, with the new actors taking over on April 3 at the Golden Theatre.
Theresa Rebeck’s Seminar opened on Broadway on November 20, 2011. Directed by Sam Gold, Seminar follows prolific author Leonard (Goldblum) as he teaches a private literary class to a group of four young writers (Long, Lister-Jones, O’Connell and Park).
Lister-Jones previously appeared on Broadway in The Little Dog Laughed. Her other stage credits include The Marriage of Bette and Boo, The Accomplices and her one-woman show Codependence is a Four-Letter Word.
