Bunheads Star Sutton Foster Is a Prima Ballerina at the ABC Family Upfront Presentation

On March 19, two-time Tony winner (and soon-to-be TV star!) Sutton Foster twirled her way into the 2012 ABC Family Upfront presentation at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in NYC's Time Warner Center to introduce her new series Bunheads. The Anything Goes alum will play a Vegas showgirl who takes a job as a ballet teacher at her mother-in-law’s dance studio in this sitcom from Gilmore Girls creator Amy Sherman-Palladino. The new series, also starring Foster’s Anything Goes castmate (and Gilmore Girls alum) Kelly Bishop, will premiere on June 11.
