The cast of Disney’s Newsies, the stage adaptation of the 1992 Disney film, seized the day on March 3 to lay down the vocals for the original cast recording from Ghostlight Records. Newsies stars Jeremy Jordan (Jack Kelly), John Dossett (Joseph Pulitzer), Kara Lindsay (Katherine Plumber), Capathia Jenkins (Medda), Ben Fankhauser (Davey), Andrew Keenan-Bolger (Crutchie) and the rest of the cast, hit the recording the studio to capture the show’s rousing tunes including “Seize the Day,” “Sante Fe,” and “King of New York.” Click below to watch what happens during their exciting day!
