Katie Finneran, Carol Kane & Melissa Joan Hart Take a Page From Delia Ephron’s New Book, The Lion Is In

The fashionable women in Delia Ephron’s play Love, Loss and What I Wore took their final off-Broadway bows last month, but on April 5 the playwright and novelist enlisted the help of three Love, Loss alums: stage and screen favorite Melissa Joan Hart, Emmy winner Carol Kane and two-time Tony winner Katie Finneran. The lovely trio joined Ephron at Barnes & Noble on the Upper East Side to read from her newest novel, The Lion Is In. After the performance, Ephron signed copies of her new book about a kleptomaniac, a recovering alcoholic and a minister's wife who go on the lam together and discover a caged lion in an abandoned nightclub.
