The cult musical Carrie, based on the novel by Stephen King, is receiving its first official cast recording on Ghostlight Records. On April 17, the cast and creative team of MCC’s recent off-Broadway revival of the show, which starred Marin Mazzie as Margaret White and Molly Ranson in the title role, assembled at Ghostlight studios to record Michael Gore and Dean Pitchford’s infamous score, including “And Eve Was Weak,” “Do Me a Favor,” “I Remember How Those Boys Could Dance” and the title tune. Broadway.com dropped by to capture this talented company in action. Click through for your inside look at the Carrie recording!
