Once Takes Home Eight Tony Awards; Complete List of 2012 Tony Winners

Once, the musical adaptation of the indie film about a star-crossed romance on the streets of Dublin, took home eight 2012 Tony Awards, including Best Musical, Best Actor (Steve Kazee) and Best Director (John Tiffany). In a ceremony held at the Beacon Theatre and hosted by Neil Patrick Harris, Clybourne Park won the Tony for Best Play, and Best Revival honors went to Porgy and Bess and Death of a Salesman. In addition to Kazee, lead acting Tonys went to Audra McDonald for Porgy and Bess, James Corden for One Man, Two Guvnors and Nina Arianda for Venus in Fur. A complete list of winners follows:
