The stars of Glee invaded San Diego’s Comic-Con, the largest comic book and popular arts convention in the world, on July14. Lea Michele, Cory Monteith, Darren Criss and other cast members shared information about Glee’s upcoming fourth season, including news on Kate Hudson and confirmation that the full cast will return for season four, which begins three months after the third season finale. Michele thrilled fans by revealing that she enjoys singing with Criss so much, she would love to stage a cabaret act with him in Los Angeles, according to Deadline.com. Michele made her cabaret debut in 2008 at Feinstein's at Loews Regency during the Broadway run of Spring Awakening.
The first actress cast on Glee, Michele stars as New Directions’ star performer Rachel Berry. She made her feature film debut in the romantic comedy New Year's Eve and she will take on the role of Dorothy Gale in the new animated film Dorothy of Oz. Other Broadway credits include Fiddler on the Roof, Ragtime and Les Miserables.
Criss stars on Glee as Blaine Anderson. After making his Broadway debut as J. Pierrepont Finch in How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, he went on to host the 2012 Broadway.com Audience Choice Awards. The actor recently finished filming the comedy Imogen opposite Kristen Wiig, Annette Bening and Matt Dillon. Criss is a founding member of the production company StarKid, creators of the hit YouTube videos A Very Potter Musical and A Very Potter Sequel, which starred Criss as Harry Potter.
Glee returns to FOX on September 13.
