Glee Star Chris Colfer Visits NYC to Promote His First Book, The Land of Stories: The Wishing Spell

Golden Globe winner Chris Colfer, who stars as Kurt Hummel on FOX’s musical series Glee, is now a legitimate author: Colfer is celebrating the release of his first book, The Land of Stories: The Wishing Spell. Based on Colfer's childhood fascination with fairy tales, The Land of Stories follows twins Connor and Alex, who find themselves sucked into their favorite book of fairy tales and embark on a journey through different stories, meeting familiar characters. To celebrate the book’s release, the Glee star greeted fans at New York City’s Barnes & Noble on July 18 and signed copies of The Land of Stories. Colfer confirms that he is already planning to write a sequel to the book, though no publishing date has been announced. Tune in to see more of Colfer when Glee premieres on September 13.
