Shoshana Bean has an unbelievable set of pipes, which she has put to good use in the Broadway musicals Wicked and Hairspray, on a benefit cast recording of Hair, the 2000 revival of Godspell and her own solo album, Superhero. Ms. Bean is bringing her unique voice to the hot new nightclub 54 Below September 10 through 15 as the special guest vocalist for Tony winner Jason Robert Brown’s show. Below, Bean talks about her love of the musical Funny Girl (which she needs to star in somewhere!), jamming with Elaine Stritch and smiling to Stevie Wonder.
