Tony nominee Da’Vine Joy Randolph has joined the cast of The Angriest Man in Brooklyn, an upcoming comedy starring Robin Williams, Mila Kunis and James Earl Jones. The actress revealed on her Twitter page that she will begin filming on September 12.
The Angriest Man in Brooklyn follows a man (Williams) who is faced with big choices as he tries to decide what to do in the final moments of his life. The movie is currently being filmed in New York City and also features Peter Dinklage, Melissa Leo and Richard Kind.
Randolph made her Broadway debut last season in the stage adaptation of Ghost, a performance which earned her a Tony nomination for Featured Actress in a Musical. Her regional theatre credits include Servant of Two Masters and Hair.
