Back at Shiz! Alli Mauzey Returning to Wicked as Glinda

Alli Mauzey will return to the Broadway company of Wicked as Glinda beginning October 16. In addition to Mauzey, Wicked also welcomes F. Michael Haynie, who makes his Broadway debut as Boq on September 25. Mauzey assumes the role from current Glinda, Chandra Lee Schwartz, and Haynie replaces Etai BenShlomo.

Mauzey played Glinda on Broadway in 2009, and has since starred in the show's national tour. Mauzey’s additional Broadway credits include Cry-Baby and Hairspray. She has appeared in regional productions of Little Shop of Horrors, 110 in the Shade and City of Angels. Haynie has appeared off-Broadway in Dogfight, We The People… and Carrie. He can also be seen in the recent film Not Fade Away.

Billed as the untold story of the witches of Oz, Wicked continues to play at Broadway’s Gershwin Theatre.
