Tickets are now on sale for the new production of 5 Lesbians Eating a Quiche, an award-winning comedy that comes to the SoHo Playhouse Mainstage from an extended run at the New York International Fringe Festival Encore Series. The play, directed by Sarah Gitenstein, begins performances on October 13 and will run through November 20.
Caitlin Chuckta, Rachel Farmer, Megan Johns, Thea Lux and Maari Suorsa star as the show’s titular pastry-eating ladies. The women come together in a quiet town in 1956 for their annual quiche breakfast for members of the Susan B. Anthony Society for the Sisters of Gertrude Stein.
The play is presented by Tony winner John Arthur Pinckard and was written by Evan Linder and Andrew Hobgood, with contributions Johns, Lux, Suorsa, Beth Stelling and Mary Hollis Inboden.
