Sister Act alum and former Broadway.com video blogger Sarah Bolt married technology lawyer David John Crowell on October 20 in St. Louis. Appropriately enough, the former Sister Mary Patrick tied the knot at St. John Nepomuk Church in a ceremony performed by a Catholic priest, according to a wedding notice in The New York Times. A reception was held at Moulin restaurant.
The 31-year-old actress, who will continue to use her name professionally, told Broadway.com that she and her 40-year-old groom are “complete and total opposites—he puts on a suit and I’m like, ‘Hey, you’re a grownup.” Bolt added that she and Crowell planned to honeymoon in his native Prague.
The Times wedding announcement reported that Bolt will voice the beloved character Jemima Puddle-Duck in a Nick Jr. Peter Rabbit cartoon series set to debut in spring 2013. Congratulations, Sarah and Dave!
