Peter and the Starcatcher's Eric Petersen to Play Kirstie Alley's Son on TV's Giant Baby

Peter and the Starcatcher's Eric Petersen will star opposite Kirstie Alley and Rhea Perlman in the upcoming TV Land pilot Giant Baby, according to Deadline.com. 

Created by Marco Pennette, the project revolves around Madison “Maddie” Banks (Alley), a Broadway star who finds her life turned upside down when Arlo (Petersen), the son she gave up for adoption years ago, turns up looking to connect after his adoptive mother dies.

Petersen played the title role in the national tour of Shrek the Musical and also toured in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. He currently plays Ted in Broadway's Peter and the Starcatcher. His TV credits include Modern Family, GCB and Law & Order: SVU.
