Kerry O’Malley Will Be Chloe Sevigny’s BFF on the A&E Drama Those Who Kill

Broadway alum Kerry O’Malley will join the A&E pilot Those Who Kill, according to Deadline.com. The new series is an adaptation of a Danish crime series based on the books by Elsebeth Egholm. No premiere date for the series has been announced.

Those Who Kill centers on the relationship between police detective Catherine Jensen (Chloe Sevigny) and forensic profiler Thomas Schaffer (James D’Arcy) as they hunt down wanted serial killers. O’Malley will play the precinct’s forensic pathologist and Sevigny’s character’s best friend.

O’Malley most recently appeared on Broadway as one of Harry Connick Jr’s love interests in the revival of On a Clear Day You Can See Forever. Her other Main Stem credits include the Baker’s Wife in Into the Woods, Billy Elliot, White Christmas, Annie Get Your Gun and Translations. O’Malley has also had recurring roles on TV's Boardwalk Empire, Shamless and Brotherhood.
