The musical revue The Wonderful Wizard of Song: The Music of Harold Arlen opens January 10 at off-Broadway's St. Luke’s Theatre. Directed by Gene Castle, The Wonderful Wizard of Song stars The Three Crooners' George Gubatti, Marcus Goldhaber and Joe Shepherd, and also features Antionette Henry.
From Hollywood to Broadway, the musical includes some of Arlen's most beloved songs including "Stormy Weather," "Come Rain or Come Shine," "Paper Moon," and "Let's Fall in Love." The show also recounts Arlen's creative process behind composing the famed tunes.
The Wonderful Wizard of Song feaures musical direction by Frank Ponzo, arrangements by Steve Rawlins, set and lighting design by Josh Iacovelli, costumes by Amy Pedigo and additional artistic scenic design by Steve Colucci.
