Oh, Sherrie! Rock of Ages Star Kate Rockwell Is Broadway.com’s Newest Video Blogger

Rock of Ages has a brand new Sherrie…and Broadway.com has a brand new video blogger! Kate Rockwell, who joined the cast of the '80s rock musical on January 21, portrays a small-town girl with a big voice and even bigger dreams. Broadway.com has armed Rockwell with a video camera to document the wild and crazy behind-the-scenes world of Rock of Ages in her new video blog, Oh, Sherrie! Backstage at Rock of Ages with Kate Rockwell.

Rock of Ages features a book by Chris D’Arienzo and a score of rad ‘80s hits, including “I Wanna Rock,” “We’re Not Gonna Take It,” “Can’t Fight This Feeling,” “Nothin’ But a Good Time,” “Here I Go Again” and of course, “Don’t Stop Believin’.” In addition to Rockwell, the musical stars Justin Matthew Sargent, Adam Dannheisser, Genson Blimline, Joey Calveri and Teresa Stanley. The rock extravaganza is currently playing at Broadway’s Helen Hayes Theatre.
