Les Misérables DVD and Blu-Ray Sets March Release Date

Get ready to storm the barricades from your own home! The hit movie adaptation of Les Misérables will be released on DVD and Blu-Ray on March 22, according to Blu-Ray.com.

Les Misérables stars Tony winner Hugh Jackman as Jean Valjean, Russell Crowe as Javert, Anne Hathaway as Fantine, Samantha Barks as Eponine, Amanda Seyfried as Cosette, Tony winner Eddie Redmayne as Marius, Sacha Baron Cohen as Monsieur Thenardier, Helena Bonham Carter as Madame Thenardier and recent Show People guest Aaron Tveit as Enjolras.

The movie recently picked up three Golden Globes for Best Picture - Musical or Comedy, Best Performance by an Actor in a Motion Picture - Musical or Comedy (Jackman) and Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture (Hathaway). The movie also nabbed eight Academy Award nominations including Best Picture. The principal cast is also nominated for the SAG Award for Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture. To date, the movie has taken in $130 million at the domestic box office.
