Owen Teale, Samantha Bond and More Join Zoe Wanamaker in London Passion Play Revival

The complete cast has been announced for the London revival of Peter Nichols’s Passion Play, which begins preview performances at the Duke of York's Theatre on May 1. The show will run through August 3, with an official opening night set for May 7.

The cast, lead by previously announced Tony nominee Zoe Wanamaker as Eleanor, will also include Tony winner Owen Teale (A Doll's House) as James, Tony nominee Samantha Bond (Amy's View) as Nell, Oliver Cotton as Jim, Annabel Scholey as Kate and Sian Thomas as Agnes.

Directed by Tony nominee David Leveaux, Passion Play tells the tale of James (Teale), an art dealer, who's been happily married for 25 years to Eleanor (Wanamaker). But James soon embarks on a passionate affair with Kate (Scholey), a much younger woman. Despite the fact that Eleanor finds out about his infidelities, James continues the tryst with Kate, while insisting to his wife that he has given up his lover.
