Nick Jonas to Have a Deadly Affair in New Thriller Careful What You Wish For

Things will be getting steamy (and scary!) this spring for pop star Nick Jonas! The Broadway alum will star opposite Isabel Lucas (Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen) in the frightening new flick Careful What You Wish For, according to Deadline.com. Jonas will play a man who has an affair and gets more than he bargained for. Pack your suitcases, Jonas fans—filming is slated to begin April 22 in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Careful What You Wish For tells the story of Doug (Jonas), who begins having an affair with Lena (Lucas), the young wife of an investment banker who is renting the lake house next door. When the husband suspiciously dies, everyone in town is a suspect. Aside from Jonas and Lucas, no casting has been announced.

Best known as the youngest member of the pop group The Jonas Brothers, Jonas has appeared on Broadway in Les Misérables, Beauty and the Beast, Annie Get Your Gun and most recently, How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying. His film and TV credits include Smash, Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian, Camp Rock and Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam.
