Idol’s Jessica Sanchez Spills Details on Becoming a Risqué Diva for Glee

American Idol runner-up Jessica Sanchez will tap into her inner diva for her upcoming stint on Glee, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The rumored Miss Saigon movie frontrunner will appear on the May 2 and May 9 episodes of the FOX hit as “a student from a rival school who’s this legendary diva powerhouse singer.”

“I’m all about risqué—I love that stuff,” Sanchez said. “I love to be creative—that's what the entertainment business is about. You have to be out there sometimes, and Glee is so colorful and unexpected with everything. I'm really excited to see what they have planned for those episodes.”

While Sanchez didn’t acknowledge the rumors that she plays Finn’s (Corey Monteith) new love interest (so much for Rachel being his future wife!), she did mention another character she is hoping to duet with. “I love me some Santana, she’s amazing. I can't wait to meet her. I hope I get to.”
