In the latest entry in our Broadway Ink series, resident artist Justin “Squigs” Robertson whips out his pen and paper to capture the classy new production of Truman Capote’s Breakfast at Tiffany’s. Game of Thrones star Emilia Clarke takes center stage as goodtime girl Holly Golightly, along with Cory Michael Smith as the wandering writer Fred and George Wendt as a wizened bartender. Squigs painted quite the portrait of the show’s central threesome during a pivotal scene at a smoky NYC bar. Get your own taste of Holly’s luxurious lifestyle in director Sean Mathias’s gorgeous Breakfast at Tiffany’s, now running at Broadway’s Cort Theatre!
About the Artist: With a desire to celebrate the magic of live theater and those who create it, and with a deep reverence for such touchstones as the work of Al Hirschfeld and the wall at Sardi’s, Squigs is happy and grateful to be among those carrying on the traditions where theater and caricature meet. He was born and raised in Oregon, lived in Los Angeles for quite a long time and now calls New York City his home.
