Squigs Captures the Bittersweet Love Story of The Last Five Years, Starring Betsy Wolfe & Adam Kantor

Jason Robert Brown’s popular musical The Last Five Years is back! Starring Adam Kantor and Betsy Wolfe, the love story of Jamie and Cathy is currently unfolding at off-Broadway’s Second Stage Theatre. Wolfe stars as an aspiring actress struggling to launch her career, while her husband, a novelist, achieves early success. Broadway.com resident artist Justin ‘Squigs” Robertson witnessed the touching off-Broadway revival, then drew an equally touching portrait of Jamie and Cathy’s bittersweet ups and downs. About the Artist: With a desire to celebrate the magic of live theater and those who create it, and with a deep reverence for such touchstones as the work of Al Hirschfeld and the wall at Sardi’s, Squigs is happy and grateful to be among those carrying on the traditions where theater and caricature meet. He was born and raised in Oregon, lived in Los Angeles for quite a long time and now calls New York City his home.
