Broadway’s hunkiest men will cast off their costumes for Broadway Bares: Solo Strips, a burlesque benefit that will play XL Nightclub on May 5 for one night only. Tony Spinosa will direct.
Benefitting Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS, the show will feature twelve dancers: Matt Anctil (La Cage Aux Folles), Patrick Boyd (Grease), James Brown III (Wicked), Timothy Hughes (Chaplin), John Paul LaPorte, Patrick McCollum (Peter and the Starcatcher), Peter Nelson (Cinderella), Daniel Robinson (Hairspray), Matthew Rossoff (Jesus Christ Superstar), Billy Steeves, Dennis Stowe (Annie) and Sheldon Tucker (Bring It On: The Musical).
Broadway Bares: Solo Strips is a sexy tease for the annual Broadway Bares event, which celebrates its 23rd year with United Strips of America. The annual strip celebration will feature 200 of New York’s hottest dancers sexing it up across the fruited plains of America.
