Tickets are now on sale for the off-Broadway show The Drawer Boy. The drama, written by Michael Healey and directed by Alexander Dinelaris, is set to begin preview performances at the SoHo Playhouse April 19. With an official opening set for April 24, the production will play a limited run through June 16.
Taking place on a rural Ontario farm in 1972, The Drawer Boy follows Miles, a young actor who sets out on an adventure to visit two WWII veterans in order to research for a new play. The show stars Alex Fast, Brad Fryman and William Laney.
The Drawer Boy will also feature set design by Rebecca Lord-Surratt, costume design by David Murin and lighting design by Amith Chandrashaker.
