Two-time Tony winner and Broadway.com Audience Choice Award nominee Nathan Lane and newcomer Jonny Orsini star as an undercover couple balancing love and the dangers of gay life in 1930s New York in the new play The Nance. Written by Douglas Carter Beane and directed by Tony winner Jack O’Brien, the moving burlesque-set drama officially opened at Lyceum Theatre on April 15. The Lincoln Center Theater production also features Lane’s Tony-winning Producers co-star Cady Huffman as well as Andrea Burns, Lewis J. Stadlen and Jenni Barber. On hand to welcome Lane & Co. back to Broadway were his Good Wife castmates Julianna Margulies and Josh Charles as well as Victoria Clark, Linda Lavin, Cherry Jones and more.
