Tony winners and Oscar nominees Frank Langella and Glenn Close join Stark Trek’s Anton Yelchin in the new indie film 5 to 7, according to Deadline.com. Written and directed by Victor Levin (Mad Men, Mad About You), the romantic comedy begins filming in New York this summer and aims for a 2014 release date.
5 to 7 centers on Brian (Yelchin), an up-and-coming novelist who has an affair with a French diplomat’s wife. The film also co-stars Berenice Marlohe (Skyfall) as the diplomat’s wife, Lambert Wilson and Olivia Thirlby.
Langella received Tony Awards for Frost/Nixon, Fortune's Fool and Seascape, and also earned nominations for Man and Boy, Match and Dracula. Close won Tony Awards for Sunset Boulevard, Death and the Maiden and The Real Thing. She received an additional nomination for the musical Barnum. Langella received an Acamedy Award nomination for the film of Frost/Nixon and Close received six nods for Fatal Attraction, Albert Nobbs, Dangerous Liaisons, The Natural, Big Chill and The World According to Garp.
