Oh, those summer nights! Tony winner Brian Stokes Mitchell, Broadway favorite Linda Eder and more will headline performances at Town Hall’s Starry Summer Nights Concert Series. Mitchell kicks off the series on July 8 with his concert Simply Broadway.
The series will also include a performance by Town Hall’s Broadway Rising Stars, a selection of students from college theater programs throughout the country on July 15. The Hit Men, featuring members of Frankie Valli’s The Four Seasons, will headline an engagement on July 18. Eder will conclude the series with a solo concert on July 22.
Mitchell earned a Tony Award for Kiss Me, Kate, and three additional nominations for Man of La Mancha, King Hedley II and Ragtime. His other Broadway credits include Mail, Oh, Kay!, Jelly’s Last Jam, Kiss of the Spider Woman, Kiss Love/Live and Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown.
Eder starred in Jekyll & Hyde, and headlined two Broadway solo concerts—Linda Eder at the Gershwin and Linda Eder: The Holiday Concert. She recently played a concert series at 54 Below.
