Cheyenne Jackson’s movie career continues to blow up, as the Broadway vet has joined the cast of Love Is Strange, reports Deadline.
Directed by Ira Sachs, the film stars Michael Gambon and Alfred Molina as gay couple Ben and Jorge, who finally marry in Manhattan after 38 years of being together. However, they’re forced to temporarily separate after Jorge is fired, causing Ben to shack up with his nephew and wife (Tracy Letts and Kelly Reilly) and Jorge to move in with a cop named Ted (Jackson).
This is just the latest development for the red-hot screen career of Jackson, who recently appeared in HBO’s smash Liberace biopic Behind The Candelabra. Jackson’s also coming up on his starring role in Six Dance Lessons In Six Weeks, Lucky Stiff, Beautiful Now and the Neil LaBute series Full Circle.
