The cast of John S. Anatasi’s dramedy I Forgive You, Ronald Reagan certainly showed no signs of jetlag as they opened their new play on July 30 at the Beckett Theatre at Theatre Row. The off-Broadway engagement, continuing through August 25, tells the story of a former air traffic controller who can’t let go of his obsession with the past, much to the dismay of his put-upon family. Home Improvement star Patricia Richardson and P.J. Benjamin star alongside Danielle Faitelson and Robert Emmet Lunney in the Charles Abbott-directed production. In the Hot Shot above, check out the whole big happy family as they rang in the merry celebration at Sardi’s following their opening night performance. There’s nothing to forgive in this heartrending new show!
