Debbie Allen Makes a Dazzling Backstage Appearance at Kinky Boots

The latest star to join the fun backstage at the Tony-winning musical Kinky Boots is dance legend Debbie Allen, who headed behind the scenes after the October 2 matinee of the crowd-pleasing tuner. Allen delivered her hearty congratulations to Kinky’s Tony-winning star Billy Porter, who welcomed the Broadway icon with the help of two of the show’s fabulous drag Angels, Kevin Smith Kirkwood and Kyle Taylor Parker. Porter & Co. posed for this fantastic Hot Shot with Allen, who has starred on the Great White Way in shows like Sweet Charity, West Side Story and Raisin, as well as directing the starry 2008 revival of Cat on a Hot Tin Roof.
