Get your showtunes fix with an operatic twist beginning November 7, when Il Divo: A Musical Affair opens officially on Broadway. Starring Tony winner Heather Headley and the pop-opera quartet Il Divo, the new concert engagement will play through November 13 at the Marquis Theatre.
In Il Divo: A Musical Affair, the opera studs will team up with Headley to sing hit songs from The Lion King, The Phantom of the Opera, South Pacific, Carousel, West Side Story and many more.
Il Divo is comprised of French pop singer Sebastien Izambard, Spanish baritone Carlos Marin, American tenor David Miller and Swiss tenor Urs Buhler. In A Musical Affair, the singers will perform Broadway selections in several different languages.
