TV for Kazee! Tony Winner Steve Kazee Lands Role on ABC's Warriors

Tony winner Steve Kazee has booked a TV gig. The former Broadway.com video blogger and Star of the Year will appear on the ABC military-themed medical pilot Warriors, according to TVLine.

The hour-long drama centers on a team of doctors and nurses at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center treating soldiers returning from duty. Kazee will play Clay, the husband of Tory (played by Homeland star Morena Baccarin), who has just returned from a nine-month tour of duty in Afghanistan.

Kazee won a Tony Award for originating the role of Guy in Once. Other Broadway credits include Spamalot, Seascape, 110 in the Shade and To Be Or Not To Be.
