Aladdin had a shining, shimmering, splendid opening night on March 20, making it the fifth animated Disney classic to be adapted into a Broadway musical (the others, if you’re counting, are Beauty and the Beast, The Lion King, Tarzan and The Little Mermaid). The mouse currently has three more adaptations that are hopefully en route to the Great White Way: The Hunchback of Notre Dame, which will make its U.S. debut at the Paper Mill Playhouse in 2015; The Jungle Book, which played Chicago’s Goodman Theatre last summer; and of course, a forthcoming adaptation of our new favorite movie ever, Frozen. But there are still a ton of awesome Disney films that would make great stage musicals, and we want to know: Which of these animated classics should come to Broadway? Cast your vote below!
