Broadway favorite Gavin Creel and his Mormon co-star Stephen Ashfield, who were awarded the Oliviers for Best Actor and Best Performance in a Supporting Role in a Musical respectively April 13, were bubbling over with excitement as they gave this post-win interview. Creel said he was “weirded out” by the experience, while Ashfield admitted that it had all “not quite sunk in.” And then came their reaction on camera as Mormon took home the night’s big prize, Best New Musical.
